I subscribed in 2016 and it was my understanding it was one year and done. Turns out they treated my subscription as yearly recurring. They don't send a notification email that you are being charged. It's like a freight train....keeps going until you take the option to stop them. So this company is OK with charging you even though you stopped using them as a service. I complained to their customer service.....no response.
I checked and this policy to keep charging you w/o notification is legal in California!
In summary, I would not recommend PR Leap to a friend.
