Outdated database (many years old) and NO customer support

It is very easy to get someone on the phone to sell to you. And they are very quick to take your payment but the database information they have is very outdated (several years old). Some journalists on there have changed jobs a few times since the database was last updated. Some are not even journalists any more. Of course, customer support tells you no one is available to take your call and they will call you back but they never do. They acknowledged that and promised another update. They never provided the update. And refused to pay me back. I would recommend to run away from them. In summary, I would not recommend Presswire to a friend.
